I need to kno what a good loud set up would be to go with my orion 2500d, that will hopefully b here wednesday. I'm thinkn of running it at .5ohm or 1ohm. I can do dual or single sub set ups, but max is around 6-6.5 cu.ft., including port and sub displacement. If i get 2 subs is will b in a common chamber. Let me know what you think. I'm lookn for sumthin that will play really low, and hopefully get me in the 140s.
Also, ive been talkn to Nate to see bout gettn a HO alt. About how big of one would i need? my battery is under the backseat of my car, so when i upgrade the Big 3 ill hav to use alot of wire to run from the engine to the battery, so should i u 2 runs of 0 gauge since itll b a longer distance than most between the alt and battery?
True. but i would rather save up and get sumthin good all at once, it wont b installed until i get everything anyways.
I'm wanting loud Low end bass. The box i build will prolly b tuned around 28-30.
The DD 9515 Fs=33hz so will it still play lower loud? 2 15" Rl-p looks like a good choice. 2 12" RE SX are on ebay and im lookn at those. 1 15" RE XXX. 2 15" Havoc.
which of these set ups do yall think would get the loudest tuned low. i kno DD recommends 40hz tune thats y im kinda debatin on orderin those, eventho i kno they'll b good subs.
What r some prices on those subs? and i want sumthin that beats hard in the high 20s and low 30hz range. 2 15" Rl-p look like a good choice for me right now, the price isnt too high, but how much power do they usually take? i dont kno much about the mags, so let me kno about them..
