Question abou message on Ch. 9950

I was just going through and writing down the channels I am still getting. The following message was being broadcast on channel 9950: ------------------------------------ ATTENTION VIEWERS We are pleased to inform you that you will soon be able to view this channel using a single satellite dish. For more information visit: www.dishnetwork.com ------------------------------------ Does that mean they are moving channels around or to different satellites soon? Thanks.

The box is told to display that chan instead of the one you are looking for. Just Like the home screen it is a chan that is being broadcast but it looks like a menu.
