Alex or ATF (on j designs) is building me a tight box for my 12" Ti. It's 1.75 cuft tuned to 33 hz. It's gonna be sick. Anyway, this is the first ported box I have ever had and I was wondering about the subsonic filter. The Ti has a "bottomless" design and if you push in on the cone and look at the voice coil go down it doesn't seem like it would ever bottom out. So I was wondering if I even need to set my SS filter? And if I need to, could I set it lower than normal like maybe around 25 hz or something?
Ok cool, I didn't know if it would be different becuase it's "bottomless" but if I set it to around 25 hz i think it will be good anyway, thanks Muddy. :P
