Blown Speakers?

When I turn down the Bass it goes away mostly but i usually have to turn down the speakers. Are they blown?
mat dope Silver Member Username: Adddisorder West palm, Florida Post Number: 466 Registered: Jan-06	Posted on Sunday, July 23, 2006 - 15:54 GMT no your just clipping them, when you turn the volume all the way up it distorts the signal. dont turn the volume past around 3/4 if you have an amp on them and they "pop" its because of to much bass so set the high pass filter a little higher
