Tuesday, July 11, 2006 - 03:34 GMT I have a 3.0 cu foot ported box (used to house type r 12's) I have a T20001BD amplifier producing an actual rating of about 2851wrms. Should I get two DD 9500, two Adire Brahma, or two Atomic APX? Also, how is the Brahma so loud like everyone says it is? its rms rating is at 600w and its sensitivity is 83.7dB Please help me in my decision! thanks -Tommy

Tuesday, July 11, 2006 - 17:33 GMT if you get the DD 9500 put it in a 5 cube box tuned to 35ish.....and be amazed. 3 cubes suits the 3500 better.

Wednesday, July 12, 2006 - 21:25 GMT atomic apx can easily beat the dd 9500 the reason why people dont give alot of credit to the apx cuz to get it u have to wait until the dude makes them, and it hardly popular, just like the shocker neo sig, but in real numbers the apx will destroy those dd

Thursday, July 13, 2006 - 01:33 GMT Yes. you do get what you pay for, but considering the performance of the APX, is the DD's really worth double the pricetag?

Thursday, July 13, 2006 - 03:58 GMT I guess I am going to stick with DD now. Thanks guys. Now I just need to design a 6^ft box tuned to 40hz. too bad no matter what I do my cabin can never get full potential. My car is a Jaguar and if any of you are familiar with a Jaguar trunk, they are very deep but the gas tank is located between steel panels which are between the cabin and the trunk.. my old system still got loud enough to hurt my ears though
