I have started to get what I'll call a Blue Shadow, at the bottom of the screen that will not go away. I purchased the set from Sears in December,2004. After talking to Qualserv IN HOME Service who wants $350.00 to come to my home with no guarantee of fixing the problem.Not including parts.which is a Ripoff . I've been a Sony Customer for all products. I will join anyone, who will go after SONY for Reimbursement for the Very bad tvs. I don't think I'll replace this TV with another sony since reading all these different problems. I'm a very discussed Customer.
