I am an owner of a '95 grand prix, I bought the car in March of this year from a car dealership. There was a clifford security system installed in the car. I do not know which one it is.
at the fireworks on July 4 the car chirped due to vibrations. Then someone lit fireworks near my car and the alarm went off. Then it seemed impossible to kill the alarm and it ran till the alarm stopped. I couldn't unlock my car after that.
I was able to unlock it the next morning. However after making 2 trips around town and it is in my driveway now. The car will not unlock.
I have tried to use my door key but that only sends the alarm off, and again i cannot kill it.
My 2 key sets batteries are fine that is not the problem.
Would a weak battery have anything to do with this..... PLEASE HELP
