Peerless vs. Dayton

"Why post here?" you might ask. Simply because the majority of those in the car audio forum (no offense to those reading) haven't heard of either subwoofer. I have a PPI PC2350 that puts out 350w @4 ohms. I, of course, am going for strict sound quality.
