I am new to this message board and was hoping u guys can help me.
I have a cool sat 5000 platinum satellite and most (75%) of the channels are down.
I would like to know how to get them back cuz I don't want to pay the satellite dude every time something goes wrong..
So would you be able to tell me the software I need to sort out the channel situation.. Or some type of link that can educate me about the process.
