having wrestled with this and the connect software for a year now, i have come across my biggest problem. The connect program does not detect/reckognise my player when i connect it
i have updated, re-installed and even tried using the older sonicstage model (which is dire). Any help on getting it to reckognise the player (which will then lead me to actually update the player) would be very much appreciated.
also i heard something about a way of getting rid of the low volume? i.e make it louder
