NEED SOME GUIDENCE

The other 1 which is with the card option i had a guy gave me one card that he use to program so i could see DN for free. Can some 1 tell me where can i find websites that can tell me how to program those kinda cards. do they have website like we have for FTA. I will gratly appriciate that.
