Cooling fan working but no power light

need some advice please guys.my in line fuse blew so ive replaced it and now the amp doesnt seem to work,the fan is going but no power light!! does this mean my amps blown as well? any help??

first, check the fuse again, with a test light or meter to be sure it's good.
then check voltage at the amp for both power and remote.
both should read a solid 12+ volts
check your ground and be sure it's both good and secure.
check speaker wiring for a short or a blown speaker causing a short.
only then, if all of that is good, would I guess a bad amp.
