3500SD will not show the BIN

I got it back today and downloaded the 352 bin file to the SD card. When I put it in the box it shows me that the SD card is blank but I can see it is there on my PC. What am I doing wrong? The box currently shows, pansat 3500s (but I have the 3500SD) API ver:1.23N Boot ver: 7.0 may 26 2006
