I need Help with CaptiveWorks cw600s

I cant load the bin for CaptiveWorks cw600s, I accidentally tried to load the bin when the display was not on "--:--". Now I get "E026" on the screen and wont load the same bin.
how can I fix this?
I reboot but didnt work

please help me
