LTU Channel Lists for FLU

I'm new to this so please bare with me.

I have a few questions and GREATLY appreciate any help:

1) I'm wondering where I could download the latest Ckhannel lists for Fortec Lifetime Ultra for satellites 119 and 61.5.

2) Do I have to rescan after applying binary 275T and then apply the channel lists with Channel Master ?

I don't think you need any channel list.All you have to do is scan all your satelittes after flashing the new bins. Also, if I am not mistaken you have the use the latest bin 277T released by chancysand on June 10, 2006 for Fortec Lifetime Ultra.
