I have a Fortec lifetime Ultra and had safely used the 2.73t chanceysand bin that was for pansat recivers with no problem.Does anyone know if the X-85BL_060609_277_au_api_ bin is safe for a no clone fortec?

It is not safe for bins.
I'm may work or it may fry your receiver.
If your receiver was made after Aug 2004 then it will kill it.
Use it at your own risk.
It shouldn't be long before the clone safe bin is posted somewhere.

I'm not saying to do it or not but here are the risks.
Some people can't wait for the proper bin and have been loading the 2500 Pansat bin. Some will find that it works, permanently or possibly only for a short time before it craps out or fries your receiver.
You can load it and see what happens, but I can't see it being more than a 24 hr wait for the new bin. I'd wait, but the choice is yours
