Someone give me a hand porting this box

Brett Silver Member Username: Hootz Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada Post Number: 165 Registered: Oct-05	Posted on Monday, June 05, 2006 - 04:48 GMT I'm building a ported box that's going to be 1.3 net cu. ft. and I'm trying to figure out my port dimensions to tune it to 32 hz, but it's frustrating as hell because every port calculator gives me different results. and why is it that if you increase the width and height of the port, the length increses also? shouldn't it be the other way around????

I'm shootin for about 1" high and about 16" wide. It's a 12" type r, so the xmax is 18mm I believe, and displacement is about .4 cu.ft. thanks guys.
