Little help here, the keys that are going around for charlie (DishNet) worked great for pansat 3500, exactly as described, i entered the keys then watched tv. but for cools@t 5000 just wouldn't work. what am i missing. thanks
The keys for any receiver, whether pansat, cools@, viewsat, satsat are all the same. You must be doing something wrong ice. try taking the active keys and entering them into both sets of lines. Active keys are all that matter. Or get a new bin and let the keys roll.
im going to to flash the rec with factury bin, load 120 bin (again), turn off the autoroll and enter the keys as specified (00) for 10 & 11. (01) for 20 & 21. hope this work. kinda running out of ideas. thanks for the help Tyler...
DN is posted above. BEV I don't know cuz I havent checked. But from the sounds of it, the other thread you were posting in about your friends box (with the auto roll turned on) had the current BEV keys.
for dish I have key 0 : E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D CD F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C key 1 : 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC are these correct?because on ur previous post,you wrote down the same line doubled. as for bev I have key 0 : 98 F7 44 AC 5E 07 D9 ED 8A FF 3B 7E 65 71 F9 4E key 1 : AC C2 E1 30 00 A1 C8 54 0C B6 31 62 CA 38 2F CB does anyone know if the bev keys are correct?
The 71 through FC are the active keys. The other ones don't really matter but feel free to use them. If you do, just replace the top two lines with them, unless you have the example at the bottom where there are only two single lines.
So if you have
00:71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 00:88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC 01:71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 01:88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC
or Cools@
10:71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 11:88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC 20:71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 21:88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC
or Single lines..
00:71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 01:88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC
What keys are in the key entry lines. Have you tried powering down at the back and then back up again? Have you emu on or off? you're sure auto roll is off on the box.
Black on all channels or just some? If you have bev working but not DN, then the keys are not entered correctly. Use these keys exactly as they appear right now, character for character... 00: E8 70 B0 0A 8E 0A 3D C5 00: F3 59 C3 5F 1A DA 19 5C 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 01: 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC I've included both the active and inactive keys, not that that will make a difference but what the hell.
I have almost all channels back except ppvs and xxxs on bev.as for dish I tried to redo the keys and still, some channels say "scrambled or bad channel" or the screen is all black
Yes those are the EXACT correct keys for Dishnet..Wrong keys will NOT cause SOME channels to be scrambled!...wrong keys = NO channels at ALL!
SOME scrambled means u ned either to do some new scans or add a channel lisr with channel master program...and possibly adjust your dish alignment a little better...also DN has been messing with the TP's and satellites daily, moving channels daily, therefore needing new scans almost daily....also DN has beem playing games like Bev did last week, and messing with some channels daily..
All U can do is delete all channels and do new scans again!...or use a channel list!...and ALWAYS REBOOT receiver daily or whenver U have ANY problems!...BACK of receiver, power OFF, wait 304 minutes, power ON, turn to channel 300...thats fixes many problems and sometimes brings back scrambled channels...now do not go posting in other threads, your problems...be consistent in 1 place!
yeah U lowlife...suck me for info...then become a smartazz!....typical punk newbie!
I hope U screw it up and U KILL your receiver...cause thats what happens if U mess it up...1 wrong digit in 1 wrong place will cost U $175 for a new receiver suckface!.....LMAO!!!
