When I scan Echo 7 for 119 I get both 110 and 119 I do a blind scan for 119 and I still get both. The same thing happens with echo 8.6/8.10 I scan for 110 and I get both 110 and 119. The problem is that when I watch tv and switch between channels let say ppv 502 witch is 119 to ppv 503 wich is 110 its locked into 119 and cannot switch into the 110 channel. What am I doing wrong Thanks for your help.
