Silver Member Username: TheweaselPost Number: 189 Registered: Mar-06 | what are some key things to look out for when building a ported box. i don't want to do anything stupid. i'm building it for a single 15" arsenal, and will be 3.8 cu ft tuned to 28hz, slot ported. btw the box is going to be 16.5" tall. thx

Also make sure not to make it too thin (keep the sides of the port lower than a 1:8 ratio, the lower the better). Other than that just make sure to build it exact, and have fun. | |
