New member Username: NzkunalPost Number: 1 Registered: Apr-06 | Hi, I have an mp3 player with the "Incorrect format" problem and am having trouble reformating it. From reading posts on this forum it would seem the only way to restore the Sigmatel MSCN mp3 player is by reloading original firmware. My problem is how do I know what the current firmware is on the drive. I found this link http://www.digitfab.com/download.html with the different versions of firmware available on it but I just need to check what the right one is cause we all know what happens when the wrong firmware is downloaded... New member Username: NzkunalPost Number: 2 Registered: Apr-06 | Ok stage 1 is thru I downloaded SIGMATEL Audio Player and got the following details about the player Bootmanager 002.511.100 USB Mass Storage 003.000.190 Player 003.000.190 Resource Manager 003.000.190 Chip version 3500 Am not sure which driver I should load from http://www.digitfab.com/download.html Any ideas? |
