My brother gave me is sat receiver and it's a fortec lifetime ultra : Clone Rel.256c.v3.0 Boot ver: 6.1 Oct 01 2005 PANTEC. And I would like to "upgrade it" I am new to all that! I went to dsscommunity and dsstester did a little reading and found that I have to use the 273Tbin and bl 1.4 updater.Is it safe ??? And will it be the newest version??
