Silver Member Username: FiberPost Number: 179 Registered: Mar-06 | well if you want to test almost all of them fo 250Hz to 20Hz 20hz is as low as the human ear can hear and 250 sounds like a high pitched toot... |
Gold Member Username: Basshead86Slowcala, FL The one that... Post Number: 2936 Registered: Aug-05 | they can only hurt if you turn it up too loud and the sub bottoms out, or the amp clips the signal. |
Silver Member Username: JkidderSpring hill, Florida Usa Post Number: 104 Registered: Nov-05 | so if i use that one jus keep the volume around 15-20? |
Gold Member Username: Tdeaton1021Near Tampa, Florida USA Post Number: 2663 Registered: Sep-04 | if your amps are tuned correctly you can play any test tone at full volume (volume you tuned at) as long as it is recorded at 0db. which ROE has. they also have -3db and +3db if i remember right... but you'll want a 0db tone. when i had my avalanche i would play a 20hz tone and my door panels would shake bout half an inch. also make note that if your box is ported yoru SSF must be set right. you dont want to over excurt your sub. |
