It all depends on what type LNB's he uses...Twin or Dual...if Twin DP, then no disque is needed...the 110 and 119 are already combined into 1 cable..

just run each lnb to the dp34 switch.
if theyre legacy lnbs you will need sw22 switch..

i found this some where this may help everyone.

This needs to be 'splained one more time
Every Twin is a FAT LNB and has an internal switch

Every other LNB is a slim LNB with either 1 or 2 outputs respectively and may be Legacy or Dishpro. It is most definately Not to be called a Twin because it may have 2 outputs. There are no switches inside.

Every slim Single LNB or slim Dual LNB will work with a Diseqc and Pansat STB

DishPro and Legacy are types of LNB systems used interchangeably by both DN and Beev and may be used for FTA.

DishPro is DP for DishPro switches or LNB's

DishPro LNB's

DishPro or DP LNB's - all DP LNB's will work with Diseqc and Pansats

All DP LNB's have a big black DP lettered on the back of each and every LNB - No lettering means that it is NOT a DP LNB but is a Legacy LNB.

DishPro or DP single - discontinued - works with Diseqc and Pansat

DishPro or DP dual Works well with Diseqc, Pansat and DP34/44 switches.

IMHO- DP Duals work better than Legacy Duals due to the lower required switching voltages of the DP LNB's.

Dishpro or DP Twin Single LNB has the equivalent of one DP21 switch inside - discontinued

Dishpro or DP Twin Dual LNB has the equivalent of 2 DP21 switches inside (There is no beast called a DP42)

Dishpro or DP Twin Plus or DPP LNB has the equivalent of 4 DP21 switches inside. Port 1 and 2 output are cascaded in parallel with Port 3 input. Port 3 is for another DishPro Dual or DP Single LNB connection. This gives you 3 sats with no external switches, because they are all inside the DP Twin Plus. Port 3 may also be trunked with port 1 and 2 which would again be the equivalent of 4 internal DP21 switches. This would be true if Port one and 2 both give you 3 sats to 2 receivers - which it does. (I don't use one or have ever taken one apart, so I can't be 100% sure but that is what it should be.) DPP LNB MUST be used like a DP twin Dual if used with diseqc or DP44 Plus switch. Not recommended to be used with a DP34 switch. Read this thread

Dishpro or DP Twin Quad LNB has the equivalent of 4 DP21 switches inside.

DISH Pro / Legacy Adapter Allows any FTA STB, or a "Legacy" receiver ( DN IRD: 1000, 2000, 2800, 3000, 3900, 4000, 4900, 5000, 6000, 71/7200, JVC IRR) to be connected to a DISH Pro Switch and DISH Pro LNBFs. Should be placed close to the receiver. Not always required for an FTA box. Test and see.

LEGACY LNB's:

Legacy switches all start with the letters SW (except for SW22 which is a 22KHz Tone Switch)

SW switches will not work with Diseqc or Pansat STB's. (except for SW22 which is NOT a Legacy switch)

Dave LNB's are considered to be Legacy LNB's

Legacy Single - discontinued - works with Pansat

Legacy Dual - works with diseqc switches and Pansat and is a favourite for many users. Very versatile LNB

Legacy Twin Single LNB has the equivalent of a single SW21 switch inside - discontinued - very old and rare beast. Will not work with Pansat - sticks.

Here is an easy tip in determining if one has a Quad LNBF, without removing the LNBF from the dish. The Quad has a silver Dish logo sticker on the back. The Twin has an embossed Dish logo on the back.

Legacy Twin Dual LNB has the equivalent of 2 SW21's or one SW42 switch inside. Will not work with Pansat - sticks.

Legacy Twin Quad LNB has the equivalent of 4 SW21's or Two SW42 switches inside. Will not work with Pansat - sticks.

Remember Legacy switches may only be cascaded 2 switches deep.

That means only one external SW type switch will work with a Legacy Twin.

Legacy Switches are NOT Diseqc compatible.

DishPro switches may be cascaded 3 switches deep and are Diseqc Compatible. Diseqc counts as 1

The DP Twins have one switch or 1 cascade inside

The DP Plus already has 2 cascades inside.

Switch naming protocol is as follows:

DP21 means that it's a DishPro switch for 2 sats on 2 DP LNB's to 1 receiver, switch is powered by receiver. - at this time, using a standalone DP21 is not recommended for the Pansat 3500s

DP34 means that it's a DishPro switch for 3 sats on 3 DP LNB's to 4 receivers. has 3 trunked outputs which in effect give you another LNB connection or in effect make your single LNB a Virtual Dual and Your Dual LNB a Virtual Triple, right up to 6 trunked switches with outputs for 24 receivers or 24 virtual LNB connections from just one DP Single LNB (Wrap your mind around that! ) Switch is powered by DN Receiver - works great with 3500s and at least one DP Receiver

DP44 means that it's a DishPro switch for 4 sats on 4 DP LNB's to 4 receivers. Has Trunk Ports as per above DP34 and has it's own power supply. Best DP type of switch for FTA due to included power supply.

SW21 means that it's a legacy switch for 2 sats to 1 receiver - will not work with Pansat

SW42 means that it's a legacy switch for 4 sats to 2 receivers - will not work with Pansat

Diseqc 4x1 means that you may connect 4 sat inputs of 4 LNB's to one receiver.

SW22 is a 22hz Tone switch with which you may add 2 LNB's to one Diseqc Port. One LNB is set to ON and the other is set to OFF for it to work. SW22 allows you to mix Legacy and DP LNB's

SW22 switch allows you to double up the LNB's with each SW22 switch to each Diseqc Port for 8 sats to 1 receiver. 1 on and 1 off x 4 = 8 LNB's!!!

SW22's also work with DP34 and DP44 switches for 6 sats to 4+ receivers with DP34 and 8 sats to 4+ receivers with DP44

Caution: You must turn off all power to the Receiver when connecting switches and LNB's - or you risk blowing the switch, or the receiver will not pick up the change in switch settings.

Scanning:

DishPro LNB's: Vertical Polarity or Vertical TP's ONLY or you will get duplicate channels on the Horizontal TP's which are NOT supposed to be used by DishPro LNB's

Legacy LNB's must be scanned normally or on ALL (both V & H TP's)

so what about future...somebody did a copy/paste of a poorly written LNB info sheet.. ...U do not read well either..they mention sw22 switches (no such thing!...they are simply 22 khz switches) so U can double up receivers...up to 8..for 1 0r 2 receivers using 2-4 Dual Legacy LNB's, just use a simple disque switch..
