Missing channels

I loaded latest bin on classic na, finally go a place to put keys. Scan the channels on 121, got them. Now it says "code is being updated wait..." it takes forever nothing. Am I doing anything wrong? Am I putting keys in the right place? Do I need to put 00 or 01. Can you or anyone help. Thanks in advance...
