I apologize if this is a basic and repetitive question, But i recently purchased 3 used receivers and access cards off ebay. I already have Direct Tv with 2 receivers and access cards for myself but when i try to use the new/used ones i had purchased it doesn't seem to work. Do I have to activate the cards over? Or buy new cards? or ? I am very lost. Thank you for any help.
Throw the cards away...they are useless...DTV will NOT activate them, UNLESS they were previously on YOUR own account...the receivers should be OK (but they want serial #, make, model etc), if U currently subscribe and want to purchase additional access cards for $20 each and $5 per month fees..
