Send an E-Mail @ Sales@indoaudio.com and put "Hey John Hearn, ShortysEtnies told me how bad your service is and he saved me a lot of hassle. I was gonna order from you but he has warned everyone to stay away. I'm glad he did." Copy and paste that in an E-Mail and send it to him.
