hi everyone...first of all i know this is not the best system in the world i plan on getting a way better one soon but this one was about 59 dollars from walmart...the problem is that only the front 2 speaker will work...nothing from the rear or the woffer. first i thought i may have got a bad one then took it back to walmart got another one..opened the box and behold.....the same problem.....only front 2 speakers working......is there any seting im missing...this thing really sucks without the woofer and the rear speakers....any ideas.... oh yeah...its the dvd home theater system from durabrand.
First of all are you listening to a source that has surround sound or 5.1 audio? If it only has stero then that's all you get. I'm pretty sure about that. Next check the remote control annd make sure the setting is prologic or something similar...you should have coughed up $194 like I did and gotten the Philips 3400N system at Wal-Mart. Far better sound and less than 2 bills...
