so around 7oclock iam goin 2 b makin a slot ported box 5.467cuft (net gross) tuned @ 27hz for 2 jlw3s ill have pics myb by 2nite or 2mar dunno yet hopin i will 2night iam makin a dual box now since i got my friend 2 cvrs 12s an we got his back seat out yesterday an its even louder so i gota beat him since i made him the box an its loud but he got a sh1ty amp 2 an it pounds he got a boss 1600 but hes gettin a kicker 1000 or w/e so iam hopin mine will beat his since i got better amps not the best but it makes the sub pound but the hard thing is gettin the old box out tolk me 2hours 2 get it in an now i gota get it out fun fun
Jls are funny about their boxes, that box seems way to big, especially since they only require 1.75 and tuned to 30hz. i would say that the box will not sound right.....
no it doesnt it sounds great on my house stereo but i straped them wit 2 amps 1 per sub an i guess the stock alt. wasnt strong enough an it sounded bad so i put the other box in there i had its a 4sumthin cuft slot tuned @ 27hz 15.5hx31wx19d an it pounds i just set a car alarm off @ 3:45 am iam a a$$hole
