I would like to buy a new player....Please help and advise

Though I am not really bothered about the HDMI connectivity, as my LCD doesnt have a HDMI or component connection (It has VGA), and my projector is only the Panny AE200, so the resolution wont make that much of a difference. [B]I definately want it to have:[/B] Multiregion/RCE compatible (pref with a remote hack or firmware upgrade that doesnt affect other features badly) able to play dvdr/rw/+/- and DL+ / cdr/rw / mp3/jpeg dvd divx (hopefully most versions up to latest)/xvid/mp3/dvd/SVCD (not bothered that much about SVCD/VCD component out (YUV is it?) (for my projector, Panny AE200) RGB Scart (for my tv) DD/DTS compatible out through Coaxial and optical (I usually use coaxial) analog audio out too with composite video (as I connect this to a portable) And would like it to have a great picture and sound through my lcd tv/ projector and amp [B]Can anyone help me find/or choose one of the above dvd players?? That would be the best sound and picture for my movie needs coupled up with my sony str de697 av reciever[/B] And recommend some more that I may have missed (and where to buy them) :lease: OR would it be my best option to go with the Toshiba 350E? Even though I have both there I dont see much difference between the samsung 850 and 950? Can anyone confirm this The specs I need are 3rd post from the top of this thread  What would give the best picture and sound (RGB SCART & Component / coaxial) out of the: Toshiba/Samsung/Yamaha Also been looking at the Samsung p750 and p355, is that a good idea? or should I stick with looking at the 850/950? Would they give a better picture / sound Are there any around this price range with the specs I need that would be better for picture and sound than those mentioned above??
