BOSE - sub integration -- HELP!

I would like to find out if I can use this on another vehicle with an aftermarket receiver. If so, is this Bose-sub self powered or needs amplification? Second, does anybody know the wiring schematics to the Bose Sub to directly connect to afermarket system? Thanks for your help!!!!
