Hi. I purchased the Pioneer PDP-506HDG TV about 3 months ago. I'd read quite a bit online about the potential problem of burn-in and had been led to believe this only happens if a stationary image, like the CNN ticker or widescreen black bars, stays on the screen for several hours at one time. In my case, a TV station logo has burned in to the upper right hand corner of the screen. Keep in mind, it's never on this channel for more than an hour or so at any given time. I'm aware of image retention but this seems to be permanent. I've read elsewhere that burn in can be repaired but only in the case of burned-in black bars. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
