Hi i just bought the same portable DVD player. the game controller does not work on the portable dvd player and when i tried to connect it to my regular tv like it says on the manual, the probes did not fit and i actually got a pretty badelectric shock when trying to plug it in...does anyone else have somewhat of a similar problem?

i just bought the same dvd player. i can't even open the cd cover. lol guess i'll bring it back tomorrow

I just bought pdv-0707n and it works fine. I have not yet found a region hack but I was wondering if the hack used for pdv-0700 works for this model as well.

SOLUTION!! HACK POLAROID PDV 0707N ! CONVERT TO REGION FREE!
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. PRESS THE OPEN BUTTON TO OPEN WHERE THE DISC IS
2. PRESS SETUP IN YOUR CONTROLLER 3. GO TO THE "PREFERENCES" MENU 4. PRESS: 1379 5. SELECT REGION CODE BY CHOOSING 0 TO 6 (CERO IS ALL REGIONS)
