I've had my MP3 player for less than three months.. Today I've had it "freeze up" on me. This has never happened before.
I turned it on and when the RCA screen would usually come up.. the screen has stayed completely blue. I decided to try and turn it off, but it won't even turn off. It's not doing anything.
