Hi. Well I purchased my iRiver at staples about a month ago. Anyways, I put some music in there yesterday and when I came back this morning it said that the device could not be found. Then what made me even more sad was that when I turned it on, it was stuck on the downloading sign or the screen where the little white square box is with a small circle with a little "hand" or stick spinning to tell it is loading. So I said maybe I can leave it all day until I come back from school and so I left it on and when I came back home...OMG...and so yea. I can play SOME music that is the only music I put in yesterday night. However the names of songs/artist does not show up and i can only start playing music if i hold down on the play. This is the only other page I can view. Perhaps the music was corrupted? =/
*And I know about taking off the battery. Tried it yet it did nothing. @_@;;
Please help me. Desperate music loving kid that is really desperate for his iRiver to be fixed T_T. Thanks so much for your time.
