I'm afraid I don't know what exactly you are trying to find. If the top nut of the biniding post has been removed, the best choice is to either (cheap way) simply use a nut from the hardware shop or (best way) buy entirely new five way binding posts and replace the entire assembly.
Can you get inside the speaker? Usually the easiest way is to remove the woofer.

Those holes are sockets for banana plugs. If you look closely at the black plastic surround, you'll see a plus sign molded next to the positive socket, and a minus sign for the negative socket. Any standard single banana plug will work, but the spacing is wrong for double banana plugs. I don't know why KEF used this hookup system.
