Hi all, I have a Panasonic DMR E85 DVD Recorder. I also have Digital Cable and having trouble downloading the TV Guide Listings. The channel lineup is correct, but the Recorder can't get the Program Information.
I called Panasonic and they said they've been having this problem with folks (like me) who have digital cable and cable boxes: they said the TV guide information is sent to the cable box, but not passed to the DVD Recorder. Any ideas on how to solve this problem??
