I have a 301 receiver with a rom 102 card that were originally married. My tester tried to back door it for programing with no luck saying that the card might have already been subscribed to. He has a 50-50 success ratio of cracking these cards, should I try someone else or scrap the card? any help would be appreciated.

keep the card and also see if you can get a rom 10 there is emulation for them to get them to work. i have it on a 2700 receiver right now. talk to your guy about a rom 10
