Does anyone else have one of these???? I am so frustrated with mine right now. I just got it a few days ago and I have had so many problems transferring my music files. I can only play a few (~10), the remaining 10-15 are visable in the artist folders, but say "no files found" when I try to play them. I can verify that the songs are still there when I plug in the device to my computer - they show up in explorer folder, and I can play them...what's going on? I have deleted, reloaded, reprofiled, I've done everything. I just want to play ALL of the files. The user manual and RCA website are useless. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
