I have a 1000W max amp, which power cable i should use please tell in mili meters .

If it's max 1000W, then it's probably 500W rms or lower. So 4 gauge or at most 2 gauge if you wanted to future proof yourself a little bit. Wire thickness isn't measured in millimeters as far as I know.
