PLease Help. My Lyra 2780 froze up the other night and since then the only folders that appear on it are the Photos, Video, And Audio. No system files present, and repeated resets and system updates fail to resolve. I cannot play anything with it. Can anyone help me with either the files or where to get them? Please!!!!!!!!!
