I have a problem that rose this morning with my system. I have had it for about 5 years and has been used once a week or so for that time. Today I went to adjust the subwoofer sound level, and accidentally turned it off. Now I have turned it back on and am getting no response. I selected that I did not have a subwoofer (that's how it was turned off). Then selected that I did. Now when I go into the setup to adjust the dB levels for each speaker then it tests each channel the sub responds then. But to listen to music or watch movies there is no response.

Any ideas? I am at a loss here.

Please feel free to email me if you have any ideas.

It is quite possible the receiver no longer is sending a signal to the sub outputs. In other words, it's broken.

Any possibility that you have the sub set to only respond to the LFE channel?
