Is is ok to wire an amp by putting bare wire in the terminal and screwing it down? Same question for premo battery terminals that have multiple terminals... or are you supposed to use connectors on the end of the bare wire?

Yes, you can use bare wire. Just make sure it's a good, secure tight connection. Personally, I prefer reducers, just seems to give it all a more polished look, and it's a guaranteed fit that way.. But just a personal preference, really. :-)
