How can I update my Pansat 2500a to work for dishnet?

I haven't had my satellite up since Dishnet went down for the first time, and I am in need for someone to assist me in getting it to work again (help me with the setup and software needed). I don't know how to get it to work again. Thanks for any help that comes.
