Saturday, November 05, 2005 - 17:35 GMT some ppl here will argue to death that they do it & its ok ...... But i read in many numerous sites that its best to give each sub its own breathing chamber - so i ALWAYS separate mines .....

Saturday, November 05, 2005 - 17:59 GMT yeah but if you put it in the same compartment, you would get more cu ft in your enclosure. i have limited space in the trunk.

Saturday, November 05, 2005 - 18:21 GMT I had the same Idea but I actually tried the difference between 8 Infinity 1230w's in a 8cuft common chamber and a 8cuft box with their own chamber and not only is the seperate chamber stronger, it indeed sounds better. I also think its a good idea for a sealed box, since the enclosure must be alot stronger to deal with that presure.
