Ingredients: 1 * HK3480 Receiver (with dedicated stereo sub out, but no user adjustable crossover, puts out everything under 150Hz) 1 * pair of bookshelf speakers (6 and 1/2") 1* powered sub (10") (with stereo input, crossover, and connectors for satellite speakers) 1* big-ish room, with high ceiling and carpet.
What in your opinion is the best way to set it up?? BTW, currently I've got the bookshelves running from the receiver, and the sub connected to the sub out. The bookshelves are playing all frequencies (I think), and the sub I've set to play about 80Hz and below.
hey everybody. i currently have 2 memphis 10's in my ford and have just got a raise so im thinking of upgrading. the 2 10's just aint gettint the job done. i was thinking of gettin a 12'' xtant x124 sub. is there any reason this sub wouldnt be good or is there anything better in its price range?
