Unregistered guest | I really need help on my ipod mini. The main problem is that my ipod mini causes my computer to crash (blue screen) after the ipod update in itunes. it does it every time. itunes works fine besides this major problem. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the ipod and itunes, but same problem. anyone know how i can fix it? I use XP professional. Thanks in advance. |

parks Unregistered guest | I have the same problem except with the new ipod. Apple says it is a software compatibility problem, but they never heard of this problem. By the way, my laptop is a dell xp professional too. |
