about the coo*lsat!

First you need to do a factory reset.
Then connect the box to the computer with your cable.
Power the unit up, use a program called
Coo*lsat proloader v[1].2.1 .
Then once you open the program click on Auto detect , it should find your FTA and what version software that is on it.
Then click on the browse tab and look for the bin you downloaded.
You need COOLSAT4000_133p_20050902.stb. Make sure you are on the software tab, then click connect, then start .
Let it complete the download, don't interrupt it. You are now ready to test. Hook it up to the sat and do a blind scan or you can use the channel guide of your choice to download to your FTA. Just use the same program and click on the channels tab.
Good luck hope this helps..

BTW..use the latest 134 bin

Not sure exzctly what U are saying about your setup and how many receivers and LNB's,LNB type,(legacy, single, twin, dish pro) etc..as U know, circular LNB on 18" for the 110w and linear on the 33" for 97w..

first run the 18" directly to 1 receiver (no switches ) then do the scan...all the 110's should show up...then do the same with the linear LNB for the 97..if U have problems at this point U have elimnated disque switch as a problem...go back and recheck all your alignments, cables, and remote installation menu scans etc..

i did check everything u sadi thill but what im wondring is if i had any set up problem, i shouldnt be getting any signal or even low signal, but all the channels come through with high quality the only problem is they are scrambled, im getting the info channel from 110 clearly with is free and also all the free channels on 97 but i cant unlock the other channels although they come in in perfect quality.if u could confirm what im doing is right:
i reset the STB to factory setting by downloading the defualt bin, then factory set the receiver, reboot and load the 134, without any distruptions, and finally did a blind scan on both satellite, like i said i get the channels but they are scrambled
thnx a million

all sounds good, where U should not have srambled TV and should be watching TV...but what about your hardware...and running directly with no switches?

and the 97w , U need no 134 bin...just the factory flash and settings..

mike.... U really need to do some basic reading here...and take a look at this www.lyngsat.com ...82 and 91 W are BEV satellites...there is NO hack for BEV TV..110 and 119 are Dishnet satellites...dishnet is hacked..
