The hinges on the outercasing cracked badly and needed repairing. Targa arranged to collect the notebook then phoned me up a week later and said it had been badly damaged in transit and I will need to pay the repair bill as I had not packed it properly. I would like to know from anyone who has had a similar problem either with the hingeson the laptop , problems of them wriggling out og warranty agreements or regarding the care the company Targa/Lidl takes with the product after it has been handed overto them.
