Post Number: 13 Registered: Sep-05 | I'd look at http://www.soundsplinter.com/rlp_premium_series_12_and_15_inch_subwoofer.html I haven't heard them, but if you do some searching around forums I've seen nothing but excellent reviews for them. 300 watts would easily power them, but the could also handle a lot more. |

Post Number: 14 Registered: Sep-05 | The first thing that came to my mind was to check www.partsexpress.com They have basically anything you'd need for building your own speakers. http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?webpage_id=3&SO=2&&DID=7&CATID=48&Object Group_ID=535 Here is a link directly to their prebuilt subwoofer enclosures. If you decide to go with the RLP12, I'd suggest the 2 cu foot box. With that you should get extention down to 27 hz with no EQing. Hope this helps. |
